Refund policy

ALL SALES FINAL
Due to the limited and made-to-order nature of our garments, all sales are final. We do not hold inventory and therefore cannot process returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer’s remorse or sizing issues. Please consult the sizing matrices provided on each product page prior to securing your order.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ARCHIVES
We stand by the quality of our production. If you receive a garment or item that is misprinted, damaged, or defective upon arrival, you are entitled to a free replacement or refund.

To initiate a claim for a defective item:

  1. You must contact us at support@jakelaurent.com within 14 days of the delivery date.

  2. Include your order number and clear photographic evidence of the defect or damage.

  3. Once verified, we will authorize a replacement to be dispatched immediately at no additional cost to you.

LOST OR STOLEN TRANSMISSIONS
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate and issue a replacement. We are not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but subsequently stolen from the delivery location. Please ensure your shipping terminal is secure.

EU CONSUMER EXCEPTIONS (RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL)
For consumers residing in the European Union: Under Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. As all garments are exclusively manufactured on demand upon your order, they are exempt from standard 14-day return mandates unless defective.
