SHIPPING & DISPATCH OPERATIONS

All items secured through the 綺jakelaurent │Official Store are subject to the following fulfillment and transit protocols. Please review these timelines carefully prior to placing your order.

1. MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTION (PROCESSING TIME)
To maintain the highest quality and minimize waste, all garments are made-to-order upon your acquisition. We do not hold standard inventory.

  • Production Time: Please allow 2 to 7 business days for your item to be manufactured, printed, and quality-checked before it is dispatched to the carrier.

  • Note: Production time is entirely separate from shipping transit time.

2. TRANSIT TIMELINES
Once your item has cleared production, it will be handed over to the carrier. Estimated transit times depend on your geographic location:

  • Domestic (USA): 3 to 7 business days.

  • International (EU, UK, Global): 10 to 30 business days, depending on local customs processing.

  • Note: We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. Delays caused by weather, carrier logistics, or international customs are outside of our control.

3. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
All international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

  • Salem Archives LLC is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes incurred upon arrival in your destination country.

  • The customer assumes full legal and financial responsibility for any import fees mandated by their local government. If a package is returned to us because the customer refused to pay customs fees, we will not issue a refund for the shipping costs or the made-to-order item.

4. TRACKING & ROUTING
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated transmission containing your carrier tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier's system to update the initial routing status.

5. LOST, STOLEN, OR MISROUTED TRANSMISSIONS
Please ensure your shipping address is entered with absolute precision. We are not responsible for packages dispatched to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • If your package is lost in transit, contact us at support@jakelaurent.com within 14 days of the estimated delivery date so we can initiate a trace and issue a replacement.

  • We are not liable for packages that are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but are subsequently stolen from your property. Please ensure your delivery terminal is secure.
